1. Define binomial and Poisson discrete probability distributions. How can they be applied into business research. Give an example for each.

Because the distribution is not normal, his professor, Dr. Who, asked him to increase the sample size by collecting additional data. Dr. Who said, “The sample distribution must be normal in order to carry out any valid test procedure, because the sample should represent the population, which is usually normally distributed”

Is Dr. Who right? Why or why not?
