Need help writing an IM about a questionnaire for a LING 200 class

IMRD = Introduction, Method, Results, Description 

My survey is about Starbucks vs Local coffee shops

 

I only need the IM(introduction – method) part done.

I have the questionnaire questions attached. 20 students were asked at the Library. 

Also, she sent an email explaining things to note out for that I will attach too. 

Really easy honestly especially since I’ll attach an example of a good IMRD that my professor sent to the class shouldn’t take much of your time at all.
